One of our favorite weekends of the year is coming up in just a few months, and we’ll have all the coverage you need to get familiar before Movement Electronic Music Festival returns to Hart Plaza over Memorial Day weekend.

Of course, rap and Hip Hop are our bread and butter here at Emcee, so a few names jumped out at us right away. The legendary Three 6 Mafia will be touching down in Detroit as a part of the festival, bringing their undeniable energy and classic flows to Hart Plaza on Saturday, May 27th. They will be joined on that same day by Detroit’s own Kash Doll, as well as the multi-talented creative extraordinaire Sheefy McFly, so if the Hip Hop heads out there are looking for a single day ticket, it’s looking like Saturday is the way to go. That being said, as always we encourage folks to check out the rest of the lineup, because if there’s one thing that we know about a Detroit party, it’s that a Detroit party don’t stop!
