If you’re familiar with Video7‘s Cable Nite series, you know what to expect from this impeccable collective of creators. In lieu of their usual mega-sets which feature seemingly endless combinations of contributing members, the Satellite series serves to provide a different type of experience, highlighting a smaller number performers and giving them more time to present their work.
For those that find themselves yearning for more beyond the brief appearances of Cable Nite, Satellite 001 will offer longer sets from a select group of musicians; for those that prefer the unparalleled medley of Cable Nite, have no fear, the two series will continue in tandem with one another.
Tonight’s show will feature Video7 favorites Benjamin Earl Turner and Supercoolwicked, with support from I Am Day and sounds from Long Beach’s own WEBSLINGER. The event will also feature an open bar from 10:30-11:30pm sponsored by Deep Eddy Vodka, so be sure to get there early while supplies last!
