GabiFresh Proves that Size 18+ Models Exist

There is a major misconception within the plus size fashion world that there is a lack of plus size models. Whenever a brand decides to take the plunge and unveil a new line in extended sizes, it seems that only a specific type of body is represented and the same models utilized. As a retort to the obvious and justified pushback that plus size shoppers show during these unveilings, many brands have resorted to the same excuse: “there aren’t enough plus size models to sign”. Looking past the greats like Tess Holiday and Simone Mariposa, who are both visibly plus models, there are a large number of less know plus models who would be prefect for these campaigns.

GabiFresh understands this disparity and decided to tackle it head on with part 2 of her Swimsuits for All campaign. Through a model search, Gabi was able to gather a group of models that proved the tired excuse was wrong to showcase her newest collection with the swimsuit giant. Along side an empowering campaign video, these images prove that every type of body deserve representation, especially in the world of swim where plus size bodies are constantly excluded.

“My new Swimsuits For All collection is here!!! I’m so proud of this campaign because it includes the 9 beautiful women from my open casting call, ranging from size 10-26. It was such an amazing experience to meet and work with all of them, and we had a blast shooting at the Santa Monica Pier 💕”

The collection runs up to a size 26 and you can shop it here!
