A newborn baby has arrived into the Kardashian family and it is certainly not the last.
Kim Kardashian West and her husband Kanye West have officially welcomed their baby girl into the world. Kim confirmed the news on her social media accounts and her website earlier today.
“We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care,” Kim wrote.
North West, 4, and Saint West, 2 are excited to welcome their baby sister into the family. However, no name has been released in regards to the newest member of the family.
On the last season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Mrs. Kardashian-West said, “I want my kids to have siblings, but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me.”
Kim has had a hard time from her previous pregnancies, which led to the decision of having a child via a surrogate.
When KKW was pregnant with her baby girl North, she had pre-eclampsia, a pregnancy disorder characterized by high blood pressure and a high amount of protein in the urine.
In Kim’s pregnancies with both North and Saint, she had placenta accreta, which is a serious pregnancy condition. This condition occurs when things, such as blood vessels and parts of the placenta grow too deeply in the uterine wall.
